ONLINE ORDERING- All online orders require credit cards; we accept Visa,Mastercard, Discover Card, and American Express. To purchase items, you must press the ADD button to place them in your shopping cart. If an item does not have an ADD button next to it, that means this is on back order. After filling your shopping cart, press the CHECK OUT button to proceed to billing information and payment. All transactions are encrypted with SSL Technology ensuring full privacy and protection over the Internet. ORDER BY PHONE - Phone orders will be accepted during the hours of 1:00 P.M. to 5:00P.M. Monday through Saturday. We will need your shipping and billing information as well as size, color, style, and stock number of your items you want to order. Our toll-free number is 1-866-213-9407. Orders after hours can be left on our secure answering machine for processing the next day. ORDER BY MAIL -- We will accept orders by mail but would like your phone number and e-mail address if we need to contact you. Please print the ORDER FORM or write the order information and complete the needed areas. If you have any questions about ordering, please contact us. SHIPPING -- We use U.P.S., FEDEX, U.S.P.S., and U.S.P.S. EXPRESS for international shipping. All P.O. boxes and Military APO addresses will be shipped via U.S.P.S. We normally will ship within 24 hours of receipt of your order provided the item is in stock. EXCHANGES -- We will exchange any unworn merchandise with a manufacturer's defect or for another size, color, or model within 35 days from the day we ship you. Please fill out the RETURN FORM properly; otherwise, we will not be able to fulfill your request. We do charge for shipping upon returning merchandise to you. REFUNDS -- We will accept merchandise that show no signs of wear and abuse for full credit if we receive the items back within 35 days from the day we ship you. Online store credit will be issued after 35 days, but a 10% restocking fee will be applied to your account. For free shoes, there is a $40 charge for returning all merchandise but the free shoes.
